The Inn on the Blue Horizon has been the location of choice for our perfect setting for a romantic wedding or commitment ceremony. Being married in Vieques at the Inn is a unique experience – placing the entire wedding party and guests in a natural setting surrounded by the colors of the Caribbean Sea, blue sky and our lush terrain.
A tropical wedding at the Inn utilizes the surrounding elements and enhanced flowers of your choice, some which grow naturally, for decoration and none of the fuss that accompanies a traditional church wedding. You will find thousands of petals from Bougainvillea plants scattered across the grounds. Dozens of tea lights, bouquets of natural flowers provide a romantic glow.
Quite often, the bride will choose to assemble her guests in the open air atrium until she comes down from her room, and invites the guests to follow her and the groom to the edge of the sea as they take their vows. This creates an intimate gathering that will be memorable for a lifetime.

Our resident Wedding Planner & Coordinator, Mayra, with the help of her team, will handle every last detail to ensure your special day is the most wonderful it can be.
Inn on the Blue Horizon is located at Carretera 996, K.m. 4.3 Barrio Puerto Real, Vieques, Puerto Rico 00765. We are located a short 20-minute walk from La Esperanza and El Malecon Area (5-minute drive) and less than 10 minutes from Sun Bay and dozens of white sand Caribbean water beaches.

Each of our rooms is beautifully designed with quiet privacy in mind. No televisions and no telephones. They are decorated with hand-chosen antiques, cotton linens, and original art. Flowing draperies that sway with the tropical breezes complete the ambience.
Our rooms feature Air Conditioning, Water Heater, Hair Dryer, Safe, Coffee/tea Maker, Iron & Ironing Board, Cooler and Ice Bucket among others.
Dining:
Inn on the Blue Horizon features Carambola, An Island Restaurant; one of Vieques best dining restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7-days a week 365-days a year. And Blue Moon Bar & Grill, opened daily from 12 noon until closing.
